WAKE UP CALL!

So the other day I was look at pictures from when I first moved to St. George and then I looked at a picture from last week.. OMG WHAT A WAKE UP CALL!!!! This is the comparison!! My goal is to get back to what I was when I moved here!! I know if I put my mind to Ican do it! But I cant believe I let myself get this way!! Wow!! If anyone knows of any work out plans or good diets I can try PLEASE let me know!!!!!

You can do it. I promise! Drink a gallon to a gallon and a half of water EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!!!! Its so important. Make sure you are doing cardio ALONG with strength training. The more muscle you have the faster your metabolism will be. NO FAST FOOD NO CANDY and never eat after 6-7:00PM depending on how early you go to bed. If you eat that late its too hard for your body to digest it so it will just stay right where you dont want it! Cut out carbinated drinks all together. If you dont like water you will. If you want to try meds to help out a little you can get a colon cleanser or I have heard Alli works wonders for some people. If you want a great work out, get P90X. Its a 90 day prgram and if you stick with it results will be amazing. Good luck. You can do it!!!

Pilates Perfect Body: 10 minute solution. I'm already down to my pre-pregnancy weight and I'm still losin! It's like 9 dollars on Amazon. Oh and I do the treadmill about 3-4 times a week.
